Best and Worst Fashion Trends of 2014

This year was full of fashion trends, but not all of them were great. There are a few trends we would like to see stick around during 2015 and others that needed to never come about in the first place. Check out this list of our favorite and least favorite fashion trends from 2014!

Best Trends

Crop Tops: You could not go wrong this year by pairing a crop top with a high-waisted skirt. They became a big trend at NYFW and on red carpets.

Mixed Prints: Hands down one of the best trends of the year. We cannot understand why mixing prints used to be such a big “no-no.”

Peekaboo Cutouts: Definitely one of the cutest ways to show a little skin!

 

Worst Trends

Overalls: Even on the most gorgeous celebrities, this look is okay but nothing spectacular. Overalls simply did not need to come back.

Stiletto Nails: These are great…if you are dressing up as a witch for Halloween.

Novelty Bags: Yes, they are quirky and cute but they also look like something we would have carried around in high school.
